"COOL JAZZ" with Aynsley Green

• AYNSLEY GREEN, Jazz Pianist


Aynsley Green is a musician, pianist + music educator, whose dynamic and versatile skills have found him performing + composing in a wide range of musical styles.
Hailing from Australia, Aynsley has studied under the wing of veteran South African jazz pianist Howard Belling, and New York pianist Mario Serio.
Aynsley is an active member of the Singapore music scene, performing everything from jazz to funk, rock + pop music, as leader of jazz ensemble SEGUE, and keyboardist for rock band OIL FIELD TRASH.
SEGUE has enjoyed success as both a trio + quartet, performing at such events as the opening of the Australian exhibit of Singapore Zoo with the late Steve Irwin in attendance, and the opening of Tourism Australia's "Colours of Canberra" exhibition at Marina Square.
OIL FIELD TRASH is an established rock cover band, frequently playing pubs + clubs in Singapore.
Aynsley is currently continuing his jazz studies under New York jazz pianist Mario Serio, as well as teaching piano privately and working as a children's music educator.
He is also involved in various orchestration, arrangement + composition projects, as well as assisting with the music program at the Australian International School.
