Flammkuchen

Flammkuchen is the German kind of pizza. It is a traditional dish from Baden and Alsace. Instead of spicy tomato sauce and cheese it's main topping is topped sour cream. Then you can add, whatever you want! Recommended for flammkuchen is a white wine from this area such as Riesling, Gewürtztraminer or Burgunder (Pinot Blanc / Pinot Gris).
